First global Horwath Hotel Market Sentiment Survey

Hotel Market Sentiment Survey is the first international survey of market expectations and hoteliers' business forecast. The research assess hoteliers' outlook for 2009 in relation to key hotel performances (occupancy, room rates and total revenue). Hoteliers also evaluated effects of key factors influencing the change of hotel demand and prices, according to different market segments. National offices of Horwath HTL in 46 countries around the world conducted a global survey on a sample of 2,705 respondents. The implementation of this exciting global initiative will be organized twice a year in order to provide information on current expectations of hoteliers with respect to the rapid changes of market conditions.
