Strategic Marketing Plan of Croatian Tourism for period 2008 - 2012
In August 2007, contract for production of Strategic Marketing of Croatian Tourism for five years period was signed between Croatian Tourism Board and consortium of Spanish THR and Zagreb Horwath HTL office.
Plan should define strategic position and vision of Croatian tourism in forthcoming period, identify tourism products with highest potential and define adequate strategies and tactics for products, sales, distribution and communication systems.
Document development process includes involvement of both, private and public sector, who will participate in interactive workshops through which qualitative and quantitative arguments will be identified to have dedicated approach for future marketing efforts of Croatia as well as its regions.
