  1. What is a "Feasibility study"?

    Feasibility study is a report that helps investors make their investment decisions based on the market and financial feasibility of a specific project. If the study demonstrates the project's viability and feasibility, it becomes the basis for the project development.
    Feasibility study consists of market analysis, property analyses, site analysis, organizational analysis and analysis of economic and financial indicators. The findings of these analyses serve assessing the feasibility and success, i.e. whether the investment project is acceptable or not.

  2. What is USALI and what benefits will it provide after implementation?

    USALI stands for the "Uniform System of Accounts for Lodging Industry", which means the standard system of controlling and management reporting in hotel business. Since it was invented by New York Hotel Association in 1926, USALI has been revised nine times. Today it is the common standard of management reporting in hotel industries of developed market economies. It is also being increasingly introduced in Croatian hotels.
    As the standard method of the business planning and reporting in hotel industries and tourism, USALI has become increasingly popular among managers, owners, investors and financial institutions, who use it as the important management method of control over business results.
    USALI has four underlining benefits: it produces information, it customizes information according to the individual needs of end-users, it provides information in a timely manner, and it supports the decision-making process. With USALI, a person who needs a specific piece of information is able to find it and have it when required. Another benefit of USALI is that its standardized reports provide the user with possibilities to compare their own business performances with those of competitors, as they are processed in the same way.

  3. I am a small entrepreneur interested in additional investment and expansion in Croatian tourism industry. What can HCZ do for me?
